They Doth Protest Too Much.
The Congressional whining over the FBI’s raid of Rep. William Jefferson’s office is overdone. I get the constitutional concern if one branch of government starts acting against another, but in this case both the judicial and executive branches were in support of the action against the legislative. There are checks and balances and they worked appropriately.
