Corporate Taxes

Rep John Linder’s H.R. 25 FairTax bill would abolish “all corporate and individual income taxes, payroll taxes, self-employment taxes, capital gains taxes, estate taxes and gift taxes” in favor of a consumption tax.

He has the right idea. Americans for Fair Taxation has a website that expands on the topic quite well.
